Meet the Narrator

The audiobook edition of Yurei: Legend of the Shadow Blade is narrated by Phillip Nathaniel Freeman… an accomplished voice actor, musician, and storyteller whose dynamic performances have captivated audiences around the world.

Phillip is the founding member, lead vocalist, and bass guitarist of the nationally recognized power rock trio Small Town Titans. Since pursuing the arts full-time in 2012, he has built an accomplished career as a performer, recording artist, voice actor, composer, and vocal coach.

As an audiobook narrator, Phillip has brought more than 40 published audiobooks to life, combining memorable character voices with cinematic storytelling that immerses listeners in every scene. His work has earned charting singles on Billboard, Spotify, and Apple Music, while also leading to collaborations with platinum-selling artists, producers, and clients including the Kansas City Chiefs, Bosch E-Bikes, and the Discovery Channel.

In addition to his performance career, Phillip is the creator of Phillip Nathaniel Freeman’s Vocal Blueprint, a comprehensive vocal training program, and remains dedicated to mentoring others and serving his local community in central Pennsylvania.
